Career counseling camp under RMSA Project was started on 2012 at Bethune collegiate school with the help of the NGO Bikrashila Education society. During the camp on 2014 and 2015 we invited experts from different professional field to deliver inspirational talk to the students. Among them the following eminent personalities inspired our students:

1. Dr. Sharmishtha Bhattacharya.Scientific officer, Variable Energy Cyclotrone Centre (VECC)

2. Dr. Pallavi Banerjee, Asstt. Professor, Bethune College, Kolkata and eminent Psychologist

3. Dr. Pampa De, eminent Gynaeocologist and obstetrician.

4. Smt.Indrani Bhattacharya (WBCS) BDO, Baghnan(I)

5. Dr. Sukla Sen. Social Resettlement Officer, Central Govt. Project.

6. Smt. Bidisha Chakrovorty, Achivist, West Bengal State Archive.

The students also visited Career Fair 2014 at Siksha bhawan Kasba Kolkata under the RMSA Project. Students visit the career hub and the websites for the same regularly and and receive guidance for their career selection.
